Where Do You Deliver?

We deliver across the UK Mainland, the Isle of Wight, and internationally upon request. Some remote UK locations or international addresses may incur additional charges. Please contact us with your postcode or destination for an accurate delivery quote.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Most items are sent via a 48-hour tracked service, though some standard UK deliveries may take up to 5 working days.

If you’ve selected next-day delivery, your order must be placed before 2pm to qualify. Orders placed after this cut-off will be delivered the following working day.

How Much Is Delivery?

Delivery costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Below is a general guide:

Small Single Item: From £5.95

Standard Parcel (multiple small items): From £10

Medium/Large Items (parcel delivery): From £20

Fragile delivery (items with a lightning bolt symbol) : 20£

Gallery Wall Sets: From £15

Mirrors: From £20

Courier Delivery (furniture/fragile/oversized): From £60

Additional charges may apply for remote locations or international deliveries.

What If I Miss the Delivery?

If a delivery date has been confirmed and you're not available, a redelivery fee will apply. Fragile and heavy deliveries are booked in advance, and drivers will call when they are on their way. Missed deliveries cannot usually be reattempted the same day, as routes are scheduled in advance.

You’ll be contacted to rearrange delivery as soon as possible.

Can I Amend My Delivery Address?

Yes, you can amend your delivery address as long as your order hasn’t been processed and dispatched.

Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes.

Why Is My Tracking Not Showing?

Tracking details are generated once your parcel is packed and allocated for courier collection. Please allow 12–24 hours for the tracking link to update.

If it hasn’t updated after 24 hours, feel free to get in touch with us for assistance.

What If I Place More Than One Order?

We always aim to deliver your complete order together, but this isn’t always possible.

If you've ordered a mix of standard and heavy items, these may be delivered separately via different couriers.

Also, if any items were out of stock at the time of ordering, they may arrive later. This will have been noted on the product page.

Collection

How Will I Be Notified When My Order Is Ready for Collection?

You’ll receive an email notification once your Click & Collect order is ready—typically within 24 hours.

After receiving the email, please respond either by email or send a message to our WhatsApp with your Order ID to receive the full collection address.

Collections must be made within 7 days of notification.

If we haven’t heard from you or the order isn’t collected within this timeframe, it will be cancelled and refunded, with a £5 admin fee deducted from your total.

Do You Have a Physical Store?

No, we are a 99.99% online-only store.

Our collection point in Middleton, Manchester (M24) is solely for pre-arranged pickups—browsing is not available at this location.

Are Your Prices Negotiable?

All prices listed are final and non-negotiable.

Please refrain from sending offers, as they will not be accepted.

Can I Arrange My Own Courier?

Yes, you're welcome to arrange your own courier for large or international deliveries.

Why Can’t I Find an Item I Saw on Facebook Marketplace?

Some of our products are only listed on Facebook Marketplace and not on our website or Etsy store due to platform-specific fees and policies.

Can I Get a Discount for Paying in Cash?
