Antique Anglo-Indian Hand-Carved Floor Lamp | Ornate Wooden Statement Lighting

A truly beautiful and decorative antique Anglo-Indian hand-carved wooden floor lamp, featuring wonderfully intricate carving and a rich, dark finish.
The central section is particularly striking, with an intricately carved floral and decorative band surrounding the bulbous turned wooden form. It has the wonderful character and presence of an old piece, making it a gorgeous statement addition to an eclectic, country, bohemian or traditional interior.
The lamp has been fully restored and rewired and is ready to use. The timber has been carefully cleaned, waxed and polished, allowing the beautiful carving and natural character of the wood to shine through.

Lampshade
The lampshade has been recently reupholstered for styling/prop purposes and is included with the lamp.
Please note that the shade has a light fabric overlay, which can be seen more clearly when the lamp is illuminated. There are also some stain marks to the inside of the shade. The lamp has therefore been priced with this condition in mind.
The lampshade is only included with UK purchases as standard due to shipping restrictions and size.

Condition
As with any genuine antique or vintage piece, there are signs of age and previous use.
There are some light scratches to the lower section of the lamp, which can be seen in the close-up photographs. These marks are consistent with its age and are part of the character of the piece.
