Boris Chezar (1913–2008) was a New York-born artist known for his diverse body of work, ranging from portraits to abstract constructions. He studied at The Cooper Union and was influenced by renowned Mexican muralist José Clemente Orozco. His works have been exhibited in prestigious venues including the Brooklyn Museum and the National Gallery in Washington.
